Abstract
|
|
|
Purpose :The purpose of this study is to report the effect of oriental treatments for amenorrhea which oligomenorrhea has become worse.
Methods :The patient in this case, 20-years-old female, was treated at Se-Myung University oriental medical hospital for six times (09 July 2004 - 27 August 2004) due to amenorrhea which oligomenorrhea has become worse. This patient was treated with oriental treatments such as herb medication, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, and so forth.
Results :After lasting oriental treatments, the patient was improved in menstruation. Secondary amenorrhea was cured and menstrual cycle was recovered.
Conclusion :Amenorrhea which oligomenorrhea has become worse would be treated more constructively in oriental medicine considering women¡¯s difiiculties.
